Order Processing
Important: Processing time (2–5 business days) is separate from shipping time and occurs before your package is shipped.
All orders are processed through our fulfillment partner Teemdrop.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is successfully received. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, holidays, or promotional events.
Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment and tracking information will be provided when available.
Shipping Locations
Etheric Skin Care currently ships within the United States only.
Orders are fulfilled through our logistics partner Teemdrop and may ship from U.S. or international partner warehouses, depending on product availability and destination routing.
If shipping is unavailable to your location at checkout, we are unable to process delivery to that address at this time.
Shipping Times
Shipping time estimates vary depending on destination and carrier logistics.
Typical estimated delivery windows:
United States: 5–10 business days after processing
These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:

Etheric Skin Care is not responsible for delays once packages leave the fulfillment facility.
Tracking Information
Tracking details are provided once available from the carrier.
Please allow 24–72 hours after shipment confirmation for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Etheric Skin Care is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.

Etheric Skin Care is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review the situation and work with our fulfillment partner to provide a resolution when applicable.
